Common Questions About Our Process
Do I need to move the waste outside?
No heavy lifting is required from your side. While it helps if waste is on the ground floor outside, we can remove rubbish from any floor level or internal room. Just let us know the details when you get in touch.
Will I receive proof of legal disposal?
Yes. After every job, we provide a waste transfer note and a full invoice once payment is taken on completion. This ensures you have a legal record of responsible disposal.
What happens to my waste?
We are a fully licensed waste carrier. We take all collected items to registered treatment facilities where approximately 90% of the waste is sorted and recycled to minimize land-fill impact.
